Web Clients
If your website is not functioning correctly, first check for service outage notifications from your hosting provider (e.g., Hostpoint or Metanet). If the problem stems from another cause, discuss the next steps with the hosting provider's technical support team. You can usually have a database and file backup restored for the relevant web directory. Choose a date when you are certain the website was functioning without errors.
